Christmas Tree Farm

Last weekend we went to get our Christmas tree with Jesse's parent. The tree farm is just down the street from our house so it's really nice & fast. Ellie wasn't interested in the big Christmas trees she just wanted to look at the little ones. She loves all things little & her size these days.

While we were trying to find the perfect tree, Ellie & Grandma Janey played in the plowed field of rocks & dirt, she loved it!

I had a hard time picking out the tree this year but we finally found one.

They were giving away candy canes, hot chocolate, & cider. Ellie got a candy cane but she still doesn't know its candy, she just liked the sound the wrapper made.

They also had an area with chickens, rosters, & a huge turkey.

Ellie loves the Christmas tree! We got it decorated just before her bedtime. She touches EVERY ornament that is within her arms reach. I'm hoping that will stop soon.

Laura, those pictures are so cute! My mom and dad have a picture of Stephen when he was about her age doing the same thing under the tree. Pictures like these are timeless.
